About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Severn Trent Services. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring the telemetry system, running contracted reports, and providing insightful analysis to the Operational and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the telemetry system daily for alarms raised or potential issues that the operational teams need to be aware of.
  • Provide contracted reports, ad-hoc reporting & analysis to support improvement across the Coal Authority contract.
  • Investigate and resolve comments and/or queries raised by the Coal Authority or internal teams.
  • Support the Data team in relation to managing logger data, laboratory / chemistry data, and Information Hub & Comms Cell related measures.
Requirements
  • Experience providing and creating clear/concise reports, interpreting complex or large volumes of data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify issues effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to present data in a visual engaging format.
