About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team in a specialist educational setting. This role involves supporting students with special educational needs, particularly those facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to provide essential support to students.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils to enhance their learning experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to help students overcome learning barriers.

The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a warm and approachable demeanor to connect effectively with students.
- Have completed or be pursuing a qualification in Psychology.
