Job Summary:

CV Screen Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work to ITIL principles, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all issues encountered.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  • Complete builds of laptops, mobile phones, and iPads, and undertake repairs on all equipment.
  • Process leavers on systems, triage old and new issues, and maintain customer service levels.
  • Procure, install, configure, distribute, and maintain customer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Maintain the asset database.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role providing IT support.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Windows.
  • Understanding of Windows Server, MS Exchange, and AD.
  • Good working knowledge of wireless technologies.
  • Experience of mobile device and application management.
  • Full driving license and access to own transport.
