Job SummaryThe College Chaplain will be an ambassador for the Christian faith, exercising a ministry that is pastoral and offers spiritual leadership amongst students and staff. You will work closely with the Principal and senior staff to develop and implement a comprehensive chaplaincy program that supports the spiritual lives of our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead worship services and other spiritual activities that promote the Christian faith and values
- Provide pastoral care and support to students and staff, working closely with the school's pastoral team
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement a comprehensive chaplaincy program that supports the spiritual lives of our community
- Work with local churches and community networks to promote the school's Christian ethos and values
- Support the school's outreach in the community, working with vulnerable families and organizing charity events
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the Christian faith and has experience in chaplaincy or a related field. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with students, staff, and the wider community.
