Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing continuous technical assistance to the Technical Director, Regional Technical team, and internal departments throughout the construction phase on a proactive basis.
  • Managing relationships with consultants to ensure timely information exchange in accordance with the established schedule.
  • Ensuring that all design documentation is disseminated to the appropriate internal and external teams in a timely manner.
  • Overseeing the submission of Building Regulations and warranty applications, including the fulfillment of conditions.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed to secure Building Regulations and warranty approvals.
  • Supplying the sales team with drawing and specification information to ensure accurate communication with clients.
  • Coordinating the engagement of utility services, including design, quotations, and necessary agreements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A relevant qualification or substantial experience in Technical/Planning.
  • Understanding of the legal frameworks related to planning management and development procurement.
  • Strong technical and legal knowledge along with financial and commercial acumen.
  • Familiarity with codes of practice affecting land acquisition and planning, both locally and regionally.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of Type approval with NHBC, LABC, and SBD.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numerical and literacy proficiency.
