MPJ Recruitment Ltd is proud to represent a client that excels in the insurance and brokerage sector, particularly in managing Commercial Motor Fleet and Underwriting.

This role focuses on high-value and large loss claims, situated within our client's office in Manchester City Centre.

With over 50 years of expertise in the insurance claims sector, our client offers a robust claims management process.


We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a background in either personal lines or commercial claims to join our team. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage motor claims from initiation to resolution (cradle to grave).
  • Reduce costs by identifying the needs of third parties and adhering to established processes.
  • Assist in the follow-up of claims to minimize expenditure.
  • Process all claims with a focus on identifying potential fraud, exaggeration, and indemnity issues.
  • Evaluate claims processes and suggest improvements, highlighting missed opportunities and areas for enhancement.
  • Provide support for technical claims inquiries and escalated customer scenarios.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with team members.

Candidate Profile:

  • A genuine commitment to enhancing the third-party claims experience.
  • Proven experience in managing High Value and Large Loss Motor Claims.
  • Familiarity with both personal lines and commercial motor fleet claims.
  • A determined approach to achieving successful outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to devise innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and open to change.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and insights with colleagues.
