About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Agency Care Assistant in a residential care setting. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with neurological conditions, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, Huntington's disease, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Promote independence and a sense of well-being among service users
  • Build strong relationships with service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Be over the age of 18 to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be a UK resident
  • Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if applicable)
  • Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
