Fujifilm Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Assistance Center (TAC), you will provide remote technical support to our customers, focusing on complex issues related to our Synapse products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Synapse products, including hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Collaborate with peers and other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document cases throughout the troubleshooting process and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate cases to the next level of support when necessary, following the TAC escalation process.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- One or more industry-specific certifications in relevant technical background (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco certifications preferred).
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, and/or Oracle.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, excellent phone manner.
- Ability to achieve results and meet goals in a fast-paced, team environment.
- FUJIFILM Synapse Administration experience.
- Working knowledge of Synapse workflows and their implementations.
- Knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM)
The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities:
- The ability to sit up to 75-100% of applicable work time.
- The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
- The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
Occasional (up to 10%) travel may be required based on business need.
