Android Security Engineer Opportunity

We are working with a well-established, CREST-accredited consultancy that has recently secured a significant project with a leading Information Technology organization. They are seeking an Android Security Engineer to join their team of six, focusing on Android device security and challenging complex malware analysis questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reverse engineering of Android and Java-based applications
  • Experience with various code types and languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Android platform and its security mechanisms
  • Vulnerability assessment and mobile penetration testing
  • Knowledge of security-related topics, such as authentication, identity management, data leakage prevention, validation checking, encryption, hashing, and software attack methodologies
