We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team as a Reactive Maintenance Electrician. As a Reactive Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical reactive maintenance tasks across different properties, which may require some travel and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to call-outs and conduct inspections to identify electrical issues
  • Perform first and second fixes to resolve electrical issues
  • Ensure projects are completed and signed off to a high standard
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Travel to different locations in the Midlands region to perform maintenance tasks
