We are working with a rapidly growing manufacturing business to recruit a Mechanical & Electrical Fitter to join their team.
This is a 3-month contract initially, with the view to go permanent. Our client is a leading manufacturer of cleaning and hygiene products for the food manufacturing industry.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working on and installing industrial equipment, including valves, pipes, and tanks. They will also have the ability to build industrial systems, work on customer sites for installations, and commission industrial pipes for clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Installing and maintaining industrial equipment and systems
- Working on customer sites to install and commission equipment
- Providing excellent customer service and working closely with the Engineering team
- Reading and interpreting CAD drawings
Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including death in service, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, and pension matching up to 5%.
As a Mechanical & Electrical Fitter, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
