Civil and Structural Engineering Project Manager

As a key member of the structural engineering team, you will support the Associate Director/Director in overseeing the team's activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomously manage projects and project teams, taking financial accountability for assigned projects.
- Foster the growth and development of the engineering and technician team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Conduct site visits and perform structural surveys, investigations, and develop repair schemes for a range of structural issues, from fires to foundation concerns.
- Possess proficiency in designing foundations, masonry, concrete, steel, and timber structures according to Eurocodes.
- Possess hands-on experience in conducting structural investigations for low-rise residential properties, as well as medium-rise residential and commercial structures.
- Ideally, possess familiarity with structural investigation and reporting aligned with the Building Safety Act.
- Familiarity with Tekla software (Tekla Designer and Tedds) is essential, and knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is desirable.

- Degree (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
