Housekeeper - 35 hrs pw (No sponsorship offered)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all cleaning duties and ensure equipment and safe waste disposal are in accordance with housekeeping guidelines and procedures.
- Supervise and manage the domestic and laundry staff team, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent care and support to our residents.
- Develop and implement effective stock control systems to ensure efficient use of materials and supplies.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the company's policy on infection control and COSHH are adhered to at all times.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for domestic and laundry staff.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Polite and courteous demeanor, with a strong sense of energy and enthusiasm.
- Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
- Ability to contribute to enhancing the quality and service levels of our care homes.
