Job Summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Product Information and Data Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Experience Team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, governing, and reporting data standards to deliver world-class product data in digital and production channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a comprehensive data improvement program and work with the development team to prioritize and implement data projects.
  • Ensure all product data is maintained to specified standards and updated as necessary to reflect a data enrichment plan and product data improvement strategy.
  • Develop and maintain product data templates with digital best practices and agreed category structures.
  • Provide data insights and management reports to support business decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product data for the Digital and Marketing teams and work closely with the Commercial Operations team.
  • Lead the development of data-related KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track data enrichment and improvements.
  • Provide training and education on data standards and best practices to functional areas and stakeholders.
  • Support the onboarding of new products, suppliers, and brands, ensuring consistency with agreed data standards.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure the smooth transfer and loading of product data and imagery.
  • Line manage a Digital Data Executive.
  • Experience working across digital marketplaces.
  • Strong relationship-building and issue-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in acquiring, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of product data.
  • Highly organized and process-focused, with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
