We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Starting Well Nurse to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Starting Well Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and families in the Northwich and Winsford district.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to children and families, focusing on the 0-11/11-19 age range.
- Work collaboratively with an integrated team to deliver the key elements of the Healthy Child Programme.
- Contribute to service improvement and the delivery of interventions to support the health, wellbeing, and development of children and families.
- Support the service leads in developing and implementing care plans with children and families.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or equivalent qualification.
- NMC Registration.
- Experience of holding a child safeguarding caseload.
- Delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
- Collaborative working as part of a multidisciplinary/integrated team.
- Sound skills in the use of clinical systems and Microsoft Office.
