Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children who require additional academic support.

The successful candidate will work in small groups, providing educational support to children who are not yet working at age-related expectations. Some of these pupils may have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), which outlines their specific needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist teachers in developing and implementing individualized education plans
  • Support students in small group settings to promote academic achievement
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support

Requirements:
