Job Title: Sales Executive-New Car Sales

Location: Poole

Salary: £16,000 Basic (Inclusive of Company Car Allowance) + Commission (OTE £53,000+)

Hours: Monday to Saturday (Day off in the week) and Sundays on a rota

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  3. Negotiate with customers to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  5. Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met.
  6. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  1. Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
  4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  5. Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Creative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve sales success.
  7. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
