Area Sales Manager Wanted

Our client, a leading German manufacturer of high-precision instruments, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team in the UK.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers through professional prospecting techniques, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM, and skillfully managing and prioritizing their territory to unlock maximum sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural or manufacturing sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
