As a key member of the Safran Seats GB leadership team, the Head of Quality Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving the company's quality improvement and transformation plans. This strategic position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in quality processes, procedures, and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement and transformation plans, working closely with the VP Quality and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and champion strategic initiatives to drive organizational change, utilizing industry-standard change management frameworks.
- Oversee local improvement initiatives from concept to delivery, focusing on processes, systems, and people.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Management and cross-functional teams, presenting information and driving cultural change.
- Collaborate with Quality functional teams to lead strategic projects and drive project delivery.
- Experience in aerospace (or similar) quality processes and procedures, including QRQC and APQP.
- Strong risk analysis skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
