Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by increasing product offerings and revenue while upholding the company's esteemed reputation.
  • Lead, inspire, and enhance team performance within the pharmacy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Manage the procurement and distribution of medications.
  • Support the pharmacy team in achieving performance targets.
