About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial sustainability of our charity and supporting our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Leaders to make informed, financially sustainable, and commercially effective decisions through the provision, interpretation, and reporting of accurate Management Information (MI).
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our charity's operations, structure, and financial models to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Provide financial expertise, insight, and guidance to stakeholders to shape the delivery of department strategy and ensure plans, budgets, and forecasts are aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our processes and systems to enhance financial sustainability and efficiency.
  • Support the Business Development team in winning new business by balancing opportunity, risk, charitable purpose, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a strong commercial background and experience working as a trusted finance business partner at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting complex data sets and financial models in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with expertise in pivots, lookups, and formulae.
