The Role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Natoora. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for planning and preparing exceptional food using some of the best-tasting produce available in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare exceptional food using high-quality produce
  • Ensure that our customers are always satisfied and that the highest standards are maintained
  • Oversee food preparation in the kitchen, ensuring that all food items and products are stored, prepared, and served based on the recipe, preparation, and portion standards
  • Order kitchen ingredients based on the radically seasonal menu
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and conduct weekly inventories
  • Support the store manager to ensure staff and logistics are in place to drive success

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry
  • Level 2 food hygiene certificate or higher
  • Genuine passion for great-tasting food and knowledge of how to handle delicate, perishable produce
