Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional dining experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries, and provide an "above and beyond" experience for your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of crew members to ensure excellent customer service and quality food production
  • Support the General Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other Shift Managers and General Managers to achieve company goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
