Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate/Associate Consultant to join our high-performing public sector team. As a key member of our team, you will play a substantial part in our plans for growth, driving our rapidly expanding recruitment business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Public Sector Recruitment: You will be responsible for recruiting top talent into the public sector, leveraging your expertise in digital transformation and sales-based roles.
  2. Business Development: You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue growth.
  3. Account Management: You will manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their recruitment needs are met.
  4. Training and Development: You will participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge in recruitment, sales, and business development.
