The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of building consultancy services, including professional and project instructions, to clients across various sectors such as office, industrial, retail, health, and residential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality building consultancy services to clients
  • Develop new business opportunities and work closely with clients to deliver projects
  • Support the team and collaborate with the Director to develop the team further
  • Take on a leadership role and manage projects with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified
  • Commercial consultancy background
