This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Safety Manager in a dynamic company. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to health & safety, environment health and safety (EHS), occupational health, safety training, and NEBOSH compliance within the Telecoms Industry. This is a field and office based role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate health and safety risks
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
- Investigate and report on health and safety incidents
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in health and safety
- Ensure compliance with NEBOSH standards and regulations
- Develop and implement safety training programs
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain health and safety records and reports
- Proven experience in health and safety management
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Relevant degree or certification in health and safety
