Job Overview

Red Snapper Recruitment, a leading public safety and enterprise security recruitment specialist, is seeking a highly skilled Police Trainer to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a policing client based in London, delivering training programs that promote high levels of learner engagement and participation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver diverse in-person training sessions, including challenging discussions and blended learning experiences, to ensure all participants are engaged and can actively participate.
  • Tailor training delivery approaches to maximize learner inclusion, accommodating individual learner needs, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collect feedback from training participants, mentors, and other stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement in the training delivery and content.
  • Coordinate with other Learning and Development professionals to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals and strategies.
  • Ensure that all training delivery methods are inclusive, accessible, and respectful of diverse cultural backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Requirements

  • A Level 4 education or training-based qualification, or completion of the College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme.
  • Experience in operational policing or the criminal justice sector.

We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, and we offer a competitive compensation package, including £250 per day PAYE and £320.38 per day Umbrella.
