Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Knowledge Lawyer to join our Tax & Structuring team. This critical role involves curating and maintaining a comprehensive suite of legal resources, including precedents, practice notes, and training materials, to keep our legal team and clients ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate and maintain a comprehensive suite of legal resources, including precedents, practice notes, and training materials.
  • Ensure content is current, relevant, and engaging for target audiences, spanning clients, industry peers, and the broader legal community.
  • Align content creation with our firm's business development goals, supported by strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Requirements
  • Solid commercial legal background with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Preferably with a focus on corporate tax transactions, with experience in real estate or finance tax issues a plus.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial prowess, demonstrated through a portfolio of high-quality, engaging legal content.
