About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join their team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll, including monthly payroll runs, data analysis, and reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including monthly payroll runs and year-end returns
  • Analyze data to identify variances and perform reports for management
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and make payments to third parties
  • Administer sundry payroll matters, including P45/P60/P11D and end-of-year processes

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar payroll role, with over 3 years of end-to-end payroll experience
  • Proficient user of Excel and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience working closely with HR teams and ability to work independently
