Role Overview:

The Trafford & Stockport College Group is seeking an experienced Work Placement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Employer Engagement department, you will be responsible for identifying and securing work experience opportunities for students, working closely with curriculum teams and managers to facilitate a well-planned work experience programme.

About the Role:

You will have a proven track record of success in the employability, recruitment or work experience field, with outstanding business development skills and the ability to liaise effectively with employers and other agencies. You will also have experience of identifying the knowledge and skills of learners and coaching and supporting learners to ensure they receive quality work experience placements.

Requirements:

  • Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent
  • Proven track record of success in employability, recruitment or work experience field
  • Outstanding business development skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with employers and other agencies
  • Experience of identifying knowledge and skills of learners and coaching and supporting learners
