Role Overview:

The Trafford & Stockport College Group is seeking an experienced Work Placement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Employer Engagement department, you will be responsible for identifying and securing work experience opportunities for students, working closely with curriculum teams and managers to facilitate a well-planned work experience programme.

About the Role:

You will liaise with organisations to identify and secure work experience opportunities for students, and work closely with curriculum teams and managers to facilitate a well-planned work experience programme. You will also have the opportunity to develop your business development skills, working with employers and other agencies to identify and secure work experience opportunities.

About You:

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in the employability, recruitment or work experience field, with previous outstanding business development skills and the ability to liaise effectively with employers and other agencies. You will also have previous experience of identifying the knowledge and skills of learners and coaching and supporting learners to ensure they receive quality work experience placements.

Requirements:

  • Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent
