Role Overview:
To excel as a Sales Associate, you will be expected to:
Provide prompt and courteous service consistently, assisting customers in locating their ideal products Convey your enthusiasm and expertise regarding our outstanding merchandise Engage in various store functions, including sales areas, stockrooms, and handling deliveries Take initiative in your personal developmentWe offer a range of impressive benefits (see further details below)
Candidate Profile:
An effective communicator who actively seeks opportunities to assist Approachable, composed, and productive – even during peak times Eager to embrace the challenges of a diverse and fast-paced environment Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to exceed expectationsIn line with Home Office regulations, successful applicants will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office requirements regarding skill levels. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from NEXT.
