The Role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Falkirk. As a Sales Assistant, you will be a pivotal part of our onsite team and will be responsible for building and developing relationships with our customers to increase sales opportunities and maximise revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and developing relationships with customers to increase sales opportunities and maximise revenue growth
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our customers
  • Working closely with our operational teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Assisting with the management of our inventory and stock levels
  • Providing administrative support to our team

Requirements

  • Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
