Blue Arrow Derby is excited to collaborate with a family-owned enterprise seeking a Property Sales Advisor to become part of their expanding team at their main office.


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM, with one Saturday every three weeks from 9 AM to 12 PM.

Compensation:
£24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus.

Applicants must possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Sales Advisor:

  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with property vendors and prospective buyers.
  • Provide clients with regular updates regarding their property listings and feedback from viewings.
  • Organize and conduct property tours, highlighting the features and advantages of the properties.
  • Address inquiries from potential buyers regarding the properties and the local area.
  • Evaluate and process offers from interested buyers.
  • Negotiate optimal pricing and terms on behalf of the sellers.
  • Counsel sellers on the benefits of various offers and assist them in the decision-making process.
  • Coordinate with legal representatives, surveyors, and mortgage advisors to facilitate a seamless transaction.
  • Keep both buyers and sellers informed about the sale's progress and any emerging issues.
  • Stay informed about local and national real estate market trends.
  • Offer clients insights and guidance based on current market conditions.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster future business or referrals.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives established by the agency.
  • Actively seek opportunities to generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.
