Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and growing estate agency firm in Derby. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in securing instructions and providing exceptional customer service to vendors and purchasers.
Key Responsibilities:- Booking valuations and securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing honest, reliable, and professional advice to potential vendors and purchasers
- Following office procedures and policies
- Contribution and awareness of sales KPIs and targets
- Organising photographer/videographer to attend properties
- Creation of marketing materials and releasing properties to the market
- Sales targets for individuals, including ancillaries
- Management of exchanges and income
As a Sales Negotiator, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art office and be part of a dynamic team.
