We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at a brand-new Residential Children's Home in Salisbury.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be integral to maintaining the high-quality reputation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Deputy Manager with various responsibilities, including supervising staff and ensuring quality care.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Help ensure the management of a team of Support Workers.
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in children and young people's workforce or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Ofsted standards and regulations.
- Driven to work holistically with other professionals to ensure young people reach their full potential.
- Must be a driver.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about helping young people.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
