We seek a proactive CRM expert eager to leverage their expertise in a globally recognized institution with significant opportunities to enhance engagement with prospective students. Reporting to the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you will utilize data analytics, insights, creativity, and innovative approaches to enrich our content and connect more meaningfully with our audiences. As part of an agile team, you will play a vital role in assessing internal workflows to ensure a seamless experience for both stakeholders and end users.
Candidate Profile
We are in search of an individual with a proven track record in B2B/C CRM initiatives, showcasing the capability to strategize campaigns, test programs, and execute comprehensive CRM activities (preferably using Microsoft Dynamics). Experience in managing CRM campaigns directed at segmented audiences, collaborating with both internal and external partners, is essential.
