The primary responsibility of an Auction Coordinator is to verify that all vehicle photographs are of superior quality and accurately reflect the vehicle details before they are uploaded to SYNETIQ's auction platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate vehicle images and upload vehicles to our internal auction systems, ensuring that images are high-quality and vehicle descriptions are thorough.
  • Oversee auction platforms.
  • Address internal communications and correspondence.
  • Recognize challenges and communicate directly with essential departments across the organization.
  • Adhere to specific procedures in line with individual business agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with automotive knowledge and experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate teamwork skills.
