The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, with a strong emphasis on employee relations. You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of HR functions, including performance management, policy development, and spearheading change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Conduct performance management and development activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business on people-related projects
