Join Our Team as a Retail Team Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Manager to join our team. As a Retail Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage stock levels and replenish stock as needed
  • Travel to different retail customer sites/stores and work on various projects
  • Communicate with management on progress and end of project sign off
  • Work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing people
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
