Pensions Administrator

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking a skilled Pensions Administrator to join our team. As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing frontline support services to our customers and advisers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers and advisers through various channels.
- Analyse and vet information provided to ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, and procedures.
- Identify outstanding requirements and obtain and apply funds as necessary.
- Liaise with advisers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries.
- Provide administrative support to servicing teams across a range of queries and products.
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of internal systems and processes to efficiently complete work assignments.
- Fluent in French and German (understanding, speaking, and writing).
- Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service-focused environment.
- Demonstrable experience of dealing effectively with challenging and concerned customers.
- Demonstrable experience of producing information and documents to a high standard of presentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrable experience of working effectively as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
- Effective numeracy and data analysing skills.
- GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent, in Maths and English.
