Job Title: Pensions Administrator

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking a skilled Pensions Administrator to join our team. As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing frontline support services to our customers and advisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to customers and advisers through various channels.
  • Analyse and vet information provided to ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Identify outstanding requirements and obtain and apply funds as necessary.
  • Liaise with advisers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries.
  • Provide administrative support to servicing teams across a range of queries and products.
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of internal systems and processes to efficiently complete work assignments.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and German (understanding, speaking, and writing).
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service-focused environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing effectively with challenging and concerned customers.
  • Demonstrable experience of producing information and documents to a high standard of presentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrable experience of working effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills.
  • Effective numeracy and data analysing skills.
  • GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent, in Maths and English.
