Are You the Client Relationship Manager We Need?

We are in search of a skilled Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic Capilaux Aero team.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in building services and facilities management, showcasing strong skills in account relationship development and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently.

This role entails proactive account management, securing contract renewals, and meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage accounts, ensuring top-notch service delivery from initiation through to contract completion.
  • Meet sales objectives for the upcoming fiscal year.
  • Assist company executives and Business Development Managers with site assessments.
  • Organize and oversee weekly review discussions with clients in partnership with the project manager.
  • Ensure contract renewals are dispatched to clients well in advance and followed up regularly to secure renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and the Business Management Plan.
  • Provide monthly sales analytics and participate in monthly sales meetings.
  • Attend any necessary site meetings requested by clients or Capilaux Aero.
  • Enhanced DBS Check required.
  • Experience in the building services and facilities management sector.
  • Proven track record in developing account relationships.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Financial literacy.
  • Familiarity with the aviation services industry or previous experience in a related field is preferred. Knowledge of air quality management standards would be advantageous. Awareness of health and safety regulations and strategic project management skills are essential.
