Key Responsibilities:
  • Commission and integrate Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Produce detailed reports, including commissioning reports, test results, and as-fitted drawings, to document project progress and outcomes.
  • Integrate third-party systems into the BMS using MODbus, Mbus, or BACnet-enabled devices, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
  • Maintain open communication with project managers, providing regular updates on commissioning progress and status.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a commissioning or servicing engineer in the BMS industry.
  • Proficiency in Trend, Tridium, RDM, or Niagara systems, with Trend Expert certification.
  • HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of BMS industry standards, including BACnet and MODBUS.
  • Previous experience in creating and updating BMS software and graphics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Industry-standard Health and Safety certification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
