Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

Archard Talent Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to a young adult with complex care needs in their own home in Burgess Hill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to the individual, including administering medication and monitoring their well-being during sleeping hours.
  • Work collaboratively with the individual's support team to ensure their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that promote independence and empowerment.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
  • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately sponsorship is not available on this role).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
