About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Third Party Risk Management team. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust control framework to mitigate reputational, operational, legal, and commercial risk to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Third Party Risk Management program to ensure compliance with firmwide policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors.
  • Design and implement effective controls to ensure the quality and integrity of third-party data.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics to senior leadership on vendor risk and control status.
  • Manage internal and external examinations and engagements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip Enterprise Vendor Relationship Owners and Divisional Vendor Risk Owners with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage vendor risk.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective risk management programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data manipulation and reporting tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
