Job Opportunity at Thorn Baker Construction

We are seeking a skilled Groundwork Specialist to join our team in Easleigh, Hampshire. As a Groundwork Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of construction sites, including excavation, drainage, and foundation work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the excavation and preparation of construction sites
  • Operate heavy machinery, including 360 drivers and dumper drivers
  • Conduct drainage and levelling work
  • Assist in the installation of foundations and utilities

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card
  • Valid CPCS card for 360 drivers
  • Banksmans card
  • Confined space ticket (an advantage)
  • Two commercial relevant references
  • Can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
