Exciting Opportunity:
McDonald's is seeking a Business Development Director to drive the development strategy for adding 400 new restaurants to our estate in the next 4 years and oversee reinvestment in existing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy to drive business growth
  • Lead the new restaurant opening program, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Manage real estate assets and construction projects, optimizing returns on investment
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align business objectives and drive results
  • Develop and execute the Development Plan, ensuring alignment with company goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field
  • Extensive experience in real estate and commercial business development, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of financial and demographic analysis, with the ability to interpret and apply data-driven insights
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
