Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling issues and providing guidance to managers.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategy aligned with business objectives and provide HR advice and support to employees and management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR software systems.
  • Part-time position (6 hours per week) with a hybrid working model, including occasional visits to our Truro office.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
