The Role: Trainee Insurance Broker

We are seeking individuals who aspire to be leading contributors to our business and who can embrace the opportunity to complete our fully funded training programme and attain chartered insurance qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service a dedicated portfolio of clients, managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, and handling additional queries.
  • Develop meaningful working relationships with insurer partners to better serve clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technical and product developments through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
