Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is a dynamic and ever-changing organization dedicated to providing vital support to individuals facing various challenges. We are seeking a highly motivated Short-Term Intervention Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

This role is part of a groundbreaking initiative funded by Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, aimed at supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism who may be experiencing a crisis. • Maintain accurate records of service outcomes and progress, contributing to the overall evaluation of the program.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of a 24/7 service.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with individuals and their families.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
